We absolutely adore Dr. Hager. She’s been taking care of our year and a half old son since his birth in 2024 At Texas health Frisco. She’s extremely compassionate and sweet with her patients. She’s very soothing when she talks to our son and it helps tremendously since he is very fussy! The reception staff is incredibly sweet and we have always found. We are welcome and well taken care of. Additionally, the nurse line is an incredible resource. We have used it many times! 😅 We also appreciate we can go to the Frisco office if there is a problem and they have no availability. 1000000/10 We will be returning to Dr. Hager with our second who is on the way!

Dr. Hager is always a joy to see, never been impatient to our daughters needs. It takes us years to find a Doctor like her whose so committed to their job and have a heart of Gold! Hands down to her. The staff here were so nice and friendly too. If you need a truly great doctor and staff just come to this clinic and you will never disappoint.

Our family made the switch to Best Nest over a year ago, and we couldn’t be happier. I truly have only good things to say about the entire office. Linda at the front desk is absolutely the sweetest, always welcoming us with a smile. Nurse Mandy is our favorite she takes such great care of us—she’s a real gem. And Dr. Hagar is both professional and incredibly compassionate. She takes the time to really listen to my kids and understand their needs. If you’re looking for a new pediatrician, look no further. I promise you won’t regret it! The office is always clean and we never have to wait. Everyone in the office is always willing to help.

Newly opened BestNest pediatrics branch in Prosper Preston Road. Offices are clean and have courteous front desk. Generally I get same day appointment. Number of doctors are less compared to Frisco BestNest location. Ample parking outside and clean restroom. We like all the doctors in this clinic. Dr. Hager and Dr. Hingle are our child pediatrician. They are compassionate and thorough in their medical screening. They take care of the kids in the best possible way and provide best care. Online nurses also helps a lot when child is sick.

We switched to Best Nest after using the same pediatrician for 14 years. Love this office and especially Nurse Mandy!
