BestMed Urgent & Primary Care - University District

I'm embarrassed to say that I didn't learn the name of everyone that cared for me today. From the moment I walked into the facility I greeted and personally cared for. The lady that did my intake information was patient and very helpful. I can personally screw up a steel ball bearing. She was great. My nurse, x-ray and Doctor were equally kind and supportive. They explained all my options for an issue I was having. The X-ray tech was great ,working hard to get the best images he could obtain. The Doc. also gave me several options and helped me decide what would be best for me. I just have to say that every time I have visited the Best Med clinic I have received outstanding care and service. To be able to walk into a facility and receive such excellent care without an appointment is wonder

My baby had a moderate reaction to peanut butter and we came here. They were amazing. Got us right in, felt like they actually cared & didn’t glaze over our concerns and questions about next steps. It was scary seeing our baby have such an immediate reaction and they made us feel seen and heard and reassured us we did the right thing. Overall a really good visit considering the reason we were there was terrible.

My return to Eugene left me without pcp as p.h. Was not excepting client's,I was in need of a very important med. So I went to Bestmed Patterson urgent care explained my dilemma and they got me what was needed. On my checkout I was informed they would have a new doctor and will be taking new clients(awesome) in a couple of months, it was only weeks later that I met my new pcp Dr Nathaniel Holbrook. I recommend bestmed urgent care and primary care for any medical needs. Bestmed has a kind and friendly staff that do there best to accommodate your medical needs. 👍❤️💯

I accompanied a friend of mine to his first appointment with PA Wells Holbrook through BEST MED. I had such a good experience that I will be switching my primary care to Wells Holbrook as well. He took the time to address the pressing healthcare issues my friend was experiencing with a lot of patience, respect and grace. We didn’t have to wait too long to be seen, the girls upfront were on top of it and the nurse that checked us in was very personable and nothing short of fantastic! (I think her name was Jennifer😉) I look forward to transferring to BEST MED- in fact I’m filling out the new patient paperwork as I text this….

Hands down the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. We were out on vacation when my kid got hurt and needed to be seen. This place was quick, attentive, and over the top helpful. Gave my other kids juice and coloring pages, great medical advice and options that worked best for us!
