BestMed Urgent Care - West 11th

I had a great experience with the staff. Even though I was sick, they made me feel very welcome and comfortable. The provider took time with me. The most important thing to me is that the Physician listened and helped make me feel better. It was so nice that BestMed had bottle water on hand for patience. Thank you!

Walked in today and waited about two hours, which I understand is pretty typical for urgent care. The front desk staff were incredibly patient, kind, and communicative despite dealing with some very impatient people. They kept patients informed as they got updates and treated everyone with respect—I honestly don’t know how they do it all day. The doctors and nurses were quick, attentive, and helpful, and got me tested, results, and a treatment plan efficiently. Overall, a positive experience given the circumstances.

I was shocked by what an amazing experience I had. I pre-rescheduled online so when I got there, I didn’t have to wait long at all. Both the nurse and the doctor were incredible. The whole thing was efficient and convenient if I ever need an urgent care I will 100% go back.

Told us my son had neck trauma n it was just a little swelling. No. Its a massive infection he needed antibiotics for. Told us she couldn't do an x-ray or anything, then I find out they indeed do xrays. I feel the lady was lazy and ready to go home. My 9 yr old autistic son was the patient here so sometimes its hard to get a straight answer out of him but we need to be able to trust what the doc says. We will never go back for more than a splinter but I doubt they could even handle that correctly. We were put in the procedure room for some reason. It was 730 at night with 2 other patients there and there's not a real room we can wait in? Person after person walked in just to say they aren't the doctor. I could go on and on. Im just thankful we went and saw his pediatrician. He looked at

We came in close to closing time and were welcomed in and helped out in a very efficient manner. All of the staff were very helpful as my kids were wanting snacks from the vending machines we didn’t have money for so they gave us juice which was a better option anyway for my son needed hydration as he had the flu. They treated my son with a lot of respect and we had all of our needs met with a quick visit that was all we needed and got good information about which pharmacy was still open.
