Yes. Jessica and Gabriel are AMAZING! Patient care, presentation, education and for the first time had a "care team" that impressed me! The young EMT guy was great as well. Polite, efficient and clean. The location was also clean and I received prompt professional care. Definitely my family's new "go to" for urgent care matters

It was open on a Sunday, which is a wonderful service that is needed in our community. One doctor, one nurse, one front desk person. I regret going in bow because despite making an online scheduling slot and filling out forms in advance, we still waited 1 hour and 45 minutes after that time to see the doctor. Everyone is annoyed if you ask for an estimate of how long it takes to be seen “5 minutes to 2 hours” is what the desk person said. There were 3 people in front of us when we walked in at our timeslotJust seems that they really need to work out how they manage the flow of people.

Best Med Willamette is a kind and compassionate place, where I always feel that I’m receiving the best possible care. Each staff member is attentive, supportive, and very thorough in whatever they do. I never felt they were in an hurry to get done, so they could move on to the next patient, And they gave me an excellent printout at the end, detailing everything that we covered, any medications, and other information that is very helpful going forward. I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs urgent care, and doesn’t want wait in a big, chaotic, stressful hospital emergency room.

I was seen at BestMed Urgent Care for a dental abscess. I was seen within a half hour of checking in. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. I was super impressed and would recommend this team if you find yourself needing urgent care. A great group of people!

I went with whichever urgent care had the best reviews via google and I understand why this one is rated so highly. The staff are so attentive and friendly and the doctor that saw our daughter was great, knowledgeable, and kind. Highly recommend if you’re in need of care. :)
