Their option to reserve an arrival time & pre-register online was easier than most walk-in clinics and more importantly it meant less time waiting in the lobby (e.g., less exposure to other sick people). The self-registration also ensured my privacy. I didn’t have to tell the intake receptionist the reason for my visit, it was already in the system. No issues with United Healthcare insurance, copay was recognized and easily processed. I appreciated that the PA-C (Austin Ebner) offered both aggressive and conservative treatment options and let me decide what I was most comfortable with. I don't want to hype this place up too much because it is a hidden gem! Wait is never long and the providers we've seen are phenomenal. The last one even gave us some holistic remedies to help with my son's pneumonia symptoms. That was refreshing! I love this place!
