Extremely Unreliable and Unprofessional Pharmacy I strongly advise everyone to avoid this pharmacy. They never notify customers about important changes, they never call, and they never provide updates about medications. You wait, expecting your prescription to arrive, and it simply never comes. When you call to ask what happened, instead of helping you, they speak to you with attitude and disrespect. This is not the first time this has happened. Their service has been consistently unreliable. They fail to inform customers when insurance changes occur, when medications cannot be filled, or when delivery will be delayed. I don’t know why people complain about this pharmacy?? I think they are great! I will transfer over my prescriptions from another independent pharmacy that is unreliable! This is the only pharmacy that got my pain med approved with a $30 copay instead of a $200 copay , my other pharmacy asked for! They always notify you by text or phone call message if you want your prescription picked up or delivered! They have free delivery and most important , they do not charge you a fee for using a credit card to pay for medications! They are great!!

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would. The level of unprofessionalism I've experienced is incredibly disappointing. I’ve relied on this pharmacy to deliver my medication for the past two years. This month, my medication never arrived. When I called to check on the status, I was informed—without prior notice—that they no longer accept my insurance. Given that this medication is essential to my daily health, I would have appreciated being notified of such a significant change. The first pharmacist I spoke with claimed a text message should have been sent. When I asked him to confirm or resend the message, he told me his system was down and transferred me to a supervisor—who I suspect is the owner, based on the way she spoke to me with complete disregard and disrespect. Extremely rude, aggressive techs & pharmacists. It is shocking how disgusting they speak to patients who are sick, just trying to get their medicine. They do not understand or communicate well with patients not only due to there lack of knowledge of the English language, but also their awful manners, outright disrespect for human beings, and they yell over you while you are calming asking about your meds because they become increasingly frustrated that they are not able to understand your needs. Then the calls end with them either slamming the phone down aggressively before the conversation ends, or even when you think the conversation is going well they just abruptly hang up without even saying goodbye or making sure that all your questions were addressed.

Consistently friendly and conscientious staff and thoughtful accommodations of needs. Highly recommend them!
