Had a great experience with him setting up my dad's hearing aids. Darrell is patient and listens to your issues. We had an initial setup that worked moderately well but had some odd but not rare static sounding feedback issues after the initial visit that were not easily replicable. During our second visit he resolved the concerns my dad had quickly and now my dad is impressed by the overall difference. Initial visit was a night and day difference in improved hearing quality.
