Best Care Pharmacy

Prescription is never when you go to pick it up, even when you have called in advance. They never call for the refills and also they fill the Prescription even when you dont go to pick it up, they will continue to refill and bill the insurance. Bad costumer service.! Be aware of the billed prescription with your insurance, because they will bill it all the refills.

I was waiting outside the pharmacy for an emergency first aid medicine. It was 9:49 exactly. One of the pharmacist was opening the pharmacy. I knew they open at 10 so I was waiting but I was still in urgent. So I asked him if I could go in to buy something quick he said ofc come in. Very wholesome experience. They just do their job right and doesn’t sugarcoat customers for their benefit

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to!!! Not only is this pharmacy a mess…they have the worst minimum payment amount!! I came in for a prescription, I provided my insurance and the coupon the insurance company also provided me. They literally said “You can’t use both, it’s the insurance or the coupon”. I was so confused because the coupon was provided BY the insurance company since the prescription was suppose to be given to me for free at the facility however they ran out so they sent it to the pharmacy. I explain this to them and they proceeded with stating it will cost me $4.27, the coupon the company gave me was for $5 which means it was meant to be free but they said no. The staff are very nice, kind, helpful, informative and friendly. I appreciate your service. Also, you get free coffee for customers only.
