Best Care Family Health Center

Amazing office! I take my son there since he was a newborn , the doctor personally checked him out since day 1! She has been awesome at responding every question I may have regarding my baby! She gave me confidence in caring for my baby. I trust In her and the crew. Appointments are always easy to book and the reminders are great! It’s great to be always received with a friendly team that makes me feel like they are family. Definitely go here if you like a family oriented workplace. Great choice 👍🏼

Great doctors! But one specific nurse Puerto Rican older lady had a bad attitude with me as a parents and my child! I wonder how many people are been mistreated by this person! The rest of the personal are great! Just patients be careful w this nurse! Next time I see the owner I will report this women ! She don’t deserve to be working for a great clinic like this one! She’s gonna bring bad reputation for this clinic. 2022 update, best staff and welcoming nurses, totally recommend this clinic for your children!

My duaghter has had a few f/u appointments in the past months for several different complaints. I am happy to say that all her medical needs have been met. Dr. Arce and her Nurse practitioner have been really awesome in listening and providing excellent care to our daughter's concerns/complaints. I want to say that the front desk person ( Gloria) has been very helpful with any questions i've had in regards to appt's, cancellations, etc. The medical asst's have treated us with compassionate care and respect. We really do appreciate all services at Best Care Pediatrics!!

Some one put a note saying than they dont know why I give them 1 star without coment, I will explain you why. 4 years ago, this clinic was consistently saying than my daughter have possible diabetics conditions SINCE SHE BORN!!! Because on her age, she was a big girl (FYI, I told them than she have a lot of tall family) And this clinic was always requesting blood unnecessary blod test for diabetics conditios and forcing her to draw perfect circles and lines when she was just 2 1/2 or 3 years old and she couldn'tget her draws and they were tryingto force me to send her to a specialist to check her motor system... One day, I was talking to 3 family members because they have kids on this clinic also (Because they have kids on the same clinic) and they all were saying the same thing and a was

Very welcoming place!! Front desk ladies are very attentive and helpful. Doctors dedicate just the perfect time for each patient to attend their health needs!! My children are very lucky to attend this center they are well care by nurses, Doctors and staff!! Thank you!
