Berry's Children Dental of Bowie

My kids had a great experience. The dental assistant Angela that worked with us was absolutely amazing! She made sure my son was comfortable and talked him through everything she was doing to ease his anxiety. She had a great energy and aura. Dr. Berry was also amazing. My other son met with another DR and assistant (I forgot their names. My apologies). They were just as wonderful. I was comfortable enough to leave my eldest with the Dr and assistant for the procedure and he left with a big smile. Thank you all for a great experience

Only come to this dentist’s office if you have a lot of free time to waste. They are horrible with time management and communication. I really tried to like this office and I understand delays happen, but EVERYTIME we go, we are in there for atleast an hour. Overall, the place seems clean and the staff is hit or miss. Some of them are very friendly and attentive to my young children (1 and 2). And some just seem to be going through the motions. However, none of the staff has been rude. My biggest issue is their time management. I am just not convinced it takes over an hour to clean and examine a toddler’s mouth. My youngest only has 8 baby teeth, he should not be at the dentist longer than me and I have all my ADULT teeth! At my office, I never wait more than 5 minutes to be seen.

We recently moved here and found this place by luck. So far my kids love it! They have had cleanings, check ups, tooth extractions and fillings. My kids age range 3-9 and every single one of them have had a great experience. Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable. We definitely would recommend. They also are clean and they have some toys for young children. #BerryChildrenDental #buzzybooth

Today was my first day at this dentist for my son. The experience itself was wonderful, checking in was a breeze and we met Dr Kennedy who was wonderful as well. When I was leaving I had a bad experience. The receptionist sitting on the right corner had a major attitude, I went up to her to ask something and she immediately SIGHED like I was disturbing her life. Then she told me to talk to the other receptionist in the front (who was super nice and professional). When I went to speak with the other receptionist she got snappy with her too!!! I will still go back in six months because I liked the dentist, but receptionists are the most important for any business because it’s the first and last interaction and I hope that the business realizes that.
