My son is a patient of Dr. Bernard Silverman. I called the office to request a prescription for my son, who is currently studying out of state. Since he is not in New York at the moment, I asked Miss Sharon if she could provide him with at least one inhaler, as he has asthma. She insisted that he must come in to see the doctor. I explained that he will be back in New York in May and will visit the office then, but in the meantime, he urgently needs a prescription for his inhaler. Despite this, Miss Sharon refused to even ask the doctor. I told her that my son would suffer if the doctor didn’t prescribe it, but she still declined to help. To make matters worse, she started speaking to me in a rude manner. When I asked why she was being disrespectful, she responded, "I WILL SPEAK THE WAY I

The Dr. himself is okay and the NP too however I really did not have a pleasant experience at this office the few times I came. Here are my thoughts not in order of importance #1) why is there old carpet and old ripped foam cushion seating at an allergists office. Spend the money and renew please. #2) the receptionist needs to check her attitude because it’s obvious she favors some patients over others which is just weird in my opinion. I did nothing wrong to you and even if I did it’s your job to remain nice and professional. #3) as doctors and healthcare professionals you should understand that sometimes patients have different cases and health is not textbook. Instead of doing some research and really trying to get to the bottom of my reaction they were pushing XYZAL, vanicream and dust

Good doctor but wait time is extremely long. I always have an appointment but would still have to wait Atleast 1.5 hours before being seen. It’s pretty ridiculous

Very disappointed customer service is horrible called to schedule an appointment and the girl I spoke to was very nasty

Dr. is very nice but won’t take emergency calls...his receptionist is loud and argumentative . He needs someone more pleasant
