Berkshire Health Urgent Care

The waiting time is good I have no problems it’s not like the hospital waiting for million hours. You’re in and out BUT I went there last week things got worse so I went back a few days ago. I’m crying in pain they wouldn’t help me. Felt like a lap rat they put me on different things. Nothing help I asked for narcotic for my pain. Doctor looked at me and just left I can’t hardly walk so I cried wobbling out the door. This has never happens to me before. I’m not happy and I’m crying in pain as I type this review

I am normally impressed with my experience. Today was awful. I went in for a chest cold and wheezing. My primary care physician was closed for president’s Day. The provider I saw was K. Blade-Silvers. I was prescribed three medications. I asked to have them sent to the CVS on West Street. I got a text saying my prescription was ready. I drove over to the CVS on West Street and they did not have my prescription. So I looked again at the text and it said it had been sent to the one in Lennox. So I went there and they only had one medication. Then I got another text message from Stop & Shop saying my prescription was ready. I didn’t even know which Stop & Shop to go to, so I had to call them. Then they only had one medication as well. They were nice enough to call urgent care, and find out wh

really hit or miss in terms of what type of care i seem to receive. I recently visited due to an ongoing, chronic pain in my elbow that wont improve no matter what i do or how much i rest or refrain from certain activities. I explain what seems to aggravate it the most. So what was my advice from the doctor? "well, stop doing those things that aggravate it." Gee, thanks. I didnt think of that.... here I am some weeks later, still dealing with horrible pain and discomfort that makes every activity difficult, no matter how small or simple. Ill try the other urgent care. though my personal experience with health care since obama care is that sure, i have coverage, but i cant get any provider to actually see me and im left with my best option being urgent care that doesnt seem to take my comp

Every time I have gone here even as a wall in it has always been 1 million times better, cleaner and nicer than BMC ER. My last visit I was a walk in durring lunch hours. I was in and out within an hour snd very pleased with the staff. My nurse, X-ray technician and Doctor were very professional, kind and caring. Definitely recommended Urgent Care over the ER! Sometimes you need the ER instead but if you don't swing by here!

Urgent Care North- In Williamstown. Great service by all the employees 2/16/26. Place was busy but they gave great service and place was very clean and organized. Very happy with the office and will recommend them.
