If I could give zero stars, I would. Berkshire Pediatrics has shown a consistent and complete lack of respect for our time. Appointment scheduling is a constant issue—appointments are regularly changed by the office, not by us, often because “the doctor isn’t in.” One week after our son was born, I woke up at 6am, got myself and a newborn ready, and drove an hour to the office—only to be called after I had already left and told the appointment needed to be rescheduled because the doctor wasn’t available. This has happened multiple times since. Wait times are excessive. We routinely wait over an hour to be seen. At our son’s 9-month appointment—an appointment they scheduled—we were told we were “two weeks early” and initially tried to send home. We live an hour away. This was not our mistak

My boys LOVE Dr Dempsey, Tina, and all of their staff. I’m so sad to learn that Dr Dempsey will be retiring this year. We’ve been going to his office for a decade now and have always felt welcomed. The staff is kind and accommodating. I’ve never not once had a poor interaction with anyone in the office. The staff knows you, your children, and what is going on. They make efforts to make a connection with your family and that is important. Wait time is always excellent - always in & out!

I absolutely love Dr. Dempsey, Nancy, Tina, Jackie, Jan, Sandy, Jennifer & the other staff there!! Dr. Dempsey had been my doctor when he took over for Dr. Porter.. Now he has been my Childrens Doctor since I had my first child 21 years ago.. They have always been so Kind, Caring, Loving, Patient and Understanding with both my children and their needs.. Especially my child who has Special needs and Multiple Disabilities.. I can call anytime I have a question or Concern and they will call me back or see my child right away!! They truly are like Family to Us!! ♡ I would highly recommend Dr. Dempseys office for your children!!

First time I went, they took people who arrived late and misplaced our chart so didn't knew I was waiting. 2nd time I went I had to ask same question many times till the front desk could answer. I missed appointment once and they want to penalize me 40 dollars for that now, I can understand there are these penalties put in but I have lived in many states and places it's the first time a physicians office has done that actually. It was the first time an appointment was missed, I haven't experience any doctor clinic who will penalize patient for missing appointment once n first time.

Best pediatric doctor in pittsfield. Miles ahead of the rest of the offices.
