I was having trouble with Walgreens necer having my son's medication in stock even though he had been a customer for 14 years! 2 yrs now & BCP always has it!

I've consistently had excellent customer service experiences with both the specialty and community pharmacy groups for over two years now. The team is knowledgeable, professional, and always goes the extra mile to ensure my needs are met. Whether it’s answering questions, coordinating prescriptions, or providing support, they do it with efficiency and kindness. I have had no problems.I call in my scripts via live person they say when would you like to pick it up I tell them could be in a hour could be next day but whenever I get there they are always ready I even ask for other family members when I’m there and they say yes they have x amount scripts ready. Been with them for 5 or years and being an X WALGREENS client BMC pharmacy is A+!!

Very Rude Staff, I have been twice and both times very very Rude. I was very ill picking up Nausea meds and was very dizzy. Both the staff members laughed at me as I was heaving and I became dizzy. The girl asked are you okay? I stated no and they continued to laugh!! this was 12/10/2024. Avoid at all cost. I will never go back, I will use North Adams Regional even it being 1 hour away. So rude never been treated so poorly.

The Specialty Pharmacy suffers from extremely poor communication. They made errors in billing the same medication 3 different times. I had to delay starting my medication, then missed the subsequent doses. They staff was friendly and apologetic, and I'm sure they're understaffed and overworked.
