Absolutely great service at Berkeley Pharmacy! Staff is friendly, professional, and always helpful. Highly recommend!

I don’t understand why they offer home delivery services, when they’re not able to refill patient meds on time. My elderly/ sick father constantly has to go without medications, based on their negligence. You call, you complain, they passive-aggressively acknowledge the issue and yet continue to do the same thing. Now, their closed Sat. & Sun. & my father is once again without his dementia & diabetic medication! At this point, I’m reporting… just ridiculous! Go elsewhere folks!

I have had an excellent relationship with this pharmacy for a very long time. Friendly, cordial, knowledgeable and helpful are some of the sentiments I would use to describe the management and staff. I moved some distance from their location but they remained my pharmacy of choice. Their delivery service is unparalleled.

Says open online in Saturday. Sent a prescription in. Went there, gates were down! They were closed! Now scrambling to get my prescription transferred to another pharmacy! Change your hours online!!

My favorite neighborhood pharmacy. Personable staff. Insurance covers most of my cost and my co pay is very affordable. Larger corporation pharmacies are very expensive if you have a co pay. Berkeley has been in my neighborhood forever. I received a call from them on my birthday, which doesn’t mean much until you actually get one! #SupportSmallBusinesses
