Always willing to help. I would give 5 stars but I have to go 2 separate times for my meds when I could just go 1x a month. It's an honest mistake though. I love them!

After the pharmacy that I used to get my medication from closed their doors, I panicked! I am one of those people who hate when things change. I was told about the service at Bergen Point Pharmacy. I called and spoke to a very calm, professional lady Yvette( I hope I spelled her name correctly). She spoke to me and answered some questions. She was very warm and I could tell that she wasn't being bothered by me. I found out that none of my prescription refills were even transferred. Neither were my Father's! She was so calm and she told me what I could do. Fast forward to today. I just picked up both mine and my Father's medications. The men who I spoke to yesterday told me that all of the medications were being filled and that I could pick them up in half an hour. How kind and nice to see

Bergen Point Pharmacy is the most amazing place. James and Ivette are always friendly and helpful and treat you like family not like a prescription number just waiting to be filled like at the big chain stores. They take care to answer our questions thoroughly and clearly. I'm so grateful 🙏🏽 for them and everyone else at Bergen Point Pharmacy and for all they do for my family.

The people working at Bergen Point pharmacy are the best!! Excellent service from a friendly and caring staff . They help by getting in touch with your doctors and renewing prescriptions between visits. They also deliver to your home and the delivery people are always so friendly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Highly professional, friendly & efficient staff, especially when dealing with insurance &Dr's office delays. Have used many other pharmacys in Bayonne, wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks to all at Bergen Point, you've made my life easier! They all go above & beyond to provide excellent service .
