I scheduled my appointment with Dr. Carolyn Mudry weeks in advance for my annual wealth check up. I drove 40 minutes to Northvale from River Edge to find out onsite that Dr. Mudry decided to cancel my appointment. I did not get a single call in advance from any staff member. Then I found out that Dr. Mudry showed up 2 hs laters but wouldn’t accept the earlier patients. Staff and Dr. showed no consideration and complete careless. I did get an insincere “I’m sorry” I will never visit this place or see this Dr. again

This is the first and last time. I waited for an hour to see a doctor because their computers malfunctioned. As a result, they didn't file a claim with my insurance. They never contacted me but 6 months later they sent the bill to a collection agency. Now, I have to deal with collection agency. Seriously????

I had a surgery medical clearance appointment today with Dr. Kim, she was very thorough going over my pre-op testing and was very reassuring for me and made me have a better outlook.

I called for the location, the associate received my call and asked which location you looking, I said Livingston St. She reacted what !! and just hung up the call. I called several times again, they never pick the calls up. Very bad service. Please ask the associate who received the call at 9/7/23 10am to take care of customers well. Tx

Dr. Kim has been very thorough in her exams and knowledgeable!
