CVS staff never fail to amaze me with their courteous, patient, and friendly help. They’re a consolation in this inefficient world. I always leave with the items I was looking for, often at a great price, and always wirh a smile on my face. The people at CVS are very special, across the board. In this world of self-checkout and poorly-trained service workers, they stand out for their excellence. Thank you!

This store and the pharmacy go out if your way to help you that’s why I always come here for my mom’s prescriptions unfortunately the do not accept my local 1199 prescriptions but they always help me with my moms even the store employees in the isles ask me what I’m looking for when I shop and help me find things northvale nj cvs is the best cvs I have been too! When I moved to Northvale everyone told me to avoid CVS Pharmacy and now I understand why. I just had the worst customer experience in recent memory after going through the drive-through. I won’t go into details but let me just say it ended with head pharmacist grinning and waving at me through the window and mockingly saying “Have a nice day! Have a nice day! Have a nice day!” until I drove away. I can’t stop thinking about it. I will never go back. What a nightmare. The people who work here are just mean. Truly awful. I’m switching all my prescriptions to US Pharmacy Lab. Should have done it sooner.

Great place, nice people work at the pharmacy
