A family member of mine stayed at Bensonhurst Rehabilitation Center, and we had a very positive experience overall. The concierge team was kind and extremely attentive to both the patient and our family. They were always available to help out and answer questions. The physical therapy on the second floor was excellent, they truly focused on recovery process. Compared to other rehab, Bensonhurst Rehab was very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend Bensonhurst Rehab Center to anyone looking for compassionate and high quality care.

I had a very good experience at this rehab center. The facility is clean, comfortable, and feels safe. It’s a calm place that really helps you focus on getting better. The recreation activities are great. They give you things to do that keep you active and positive, which makes a big difference. The staff are kind and respectful. They truly care and always take the time to listen. The concierge team is also very helpful and makes everything easier. Mr. Ed Lai, Eric concierge and their team were very helpful, and they were always there to answer any questions or concerns we might have had. They always made sure we felt comfortable and welcomed during our stay at this facility.

My mom spent three weeks at this rehab center after her back surgery, and our family is very grateful for the wonderful care she received. The first few days were challenging, especially with her needing overnight attention and help with changing, but the nursing staff quickly made us feel supported. Denise and Samantha were so kind and attentive, making sure my mom had her shower first thing in the morning and was cared for throughout the day. The concierge service from Eric was exceptional. He checked in constantly to see if my parents needed anything in the room and went above and beyond to make them comfortable, even bringing in a single sofa so my dad could spend his days by my mom’s side. Bensonhurst Center for Rehabilitation is a place we call home for my father. Alice was my first contact with Bensonhurst Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. When my father was ready to be discharged from South Brooklyn Health Hospital in November, I was given a list of rehabilitation centers to be considered. I looked at the list and I told the hospital social worker I needed to talk to someone at Bensonhurst Center for Rehab to ask some questions. Alice called me right away and answered all my questions. When entering the building, there were many greetings from nearby staffs. There attitudes towards visitors and patients are out of this world! Being super attentive and kind. The concierge department stood out to me, providing simple yet efficient and thoughtful services from room to room and floor to floor. These thoughtful services really made me think that this rehab center is going to be great for taking care of a loved one.
