I owe my profoundest gratitude to Dr. Reinherz for his compassion and care this past week. I came in for symptoms that I felt were “in my head” only to learn that they are quite literally ”in my head”, and in no way made up. Dr. Reinherz ordered testing and follow up for my findings with various specialists and has some of the best bedside manners I have ever encountered. Despite my findings being outside of his field, he has spent considerable time with me and my family on the phone explaining radiologist findings, searching in his network for appropriate care teams, and even calling doctors offices to ensure I am treated promptly and properly. Other patients in the waiting room and dark room (a room where you wait for your eyes to be dilated) have shared similar experiences with this

I made a second appointment after a failed one for which I placed a bad review. I did so because all the other reviews were great. I must say glad I did. The excellence of care received could not be equaled. If I did not go back it would have been my loss. Glad I did and hope you do to. Great Doctors like this are hard to find.

Terrible medical experience, I receive this doctor referral after a vision exam last Christmas and the nightmare started, this people scare me to dead, the doctor named many possible conditions that I can have, regardless how can this affect my mental health, I did all the protocol suggested, my insurance cover thousand of dolars, my payments from December still not being apply, after 10 months still receiving bills that doesn’t show my credit card payments that I can see in the statement, we think that a doctor with this level of education can have some level of responsibility and humanity, thanks god all my results came well, and he stated that just wait and schedule a next visit, when I called to request a statement showing my payments Sophia was acting like she is doing me a favor and
