Dr. Arthur is patient and gives a detailed and thorough eye examination. He points out any changes or concerns he observes, with advice and direction if follow up is recommended. He and his staff are professional and give exceptional service.

It was our(my son and I) first visit and everyone from the front desk to the doctor was well informed and pleasant. Dr. Arthur was clear and concise in both his questions and answers. He took the time to show me what was going on inside of my eyeballs, which was a first! The entire space was clean and well kept. We have found a gem and will definitely be repeat customers!

Professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I travel to Brooklyn from Jersey to see Dr. Arthur. I also bring my family members for his services. He was the only one able to talk my mom into getting progressive lenses. I begged her for years to try them but she thought they'd be too confusing for her. She LOVES them! He also used her favorite frames for her reading glasses. Dr Arthur and his team make us feel heard and taken care of.

Dr Arthur is so kind, sensitive and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my time at his office and the space is clean suite I would highly recommend.

In general this was a very positive visit. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The only thing that could use improvement is the intake process. I filled some forms in online but then had to refill a bunch by hand when in the office, creating redundancy, increasing errors and making their staff deal with my messy handwriting.
