Thought a walk in urgent care would be fitting for a potentially broken thumb. My bad I didn't ask ahead of time what the cost would be, but we ended up paying over $500 (literally) for a 10 minute visit. (Self pay). Rip off. Also, the nurse treated us like we didn't have brains. Will never step foot in that place again!

Came in with a low-grade possible rotator cuff tear... Before I could even hand my insurance cards over I was denied and told to go to the emergency room costing me thousands of dollars. There are tiers to this system for a reason.... Or have you already forgotten that. Looking at your other reviews it looks like I actually dodged a bullet. If you didn't take that oath to do no harm seriously, maybe you should get out of the medical field and get back into filling party balloons or whatever you were after before you chose a degree.

I had a deeply frustrating and unprofessional experience with Dylan Powell, an NP (not a physician). From the beginning, it was clear he had already decided my concerns were not worth fully evaluating. While I was explaining why I was worried, he was chuckling, which felt dismissive and inappropriate. I also felt my concerns were minimized due to my age. No meaningful evaluation or follow-up was ordered, and I left the visit still in discomfort with no answers, no plan, and no relief. When I followed up with my primary care physician, she said it was absurd that no further evaluation had been ordered and addressed the issue immediately. The contrast in care and professionalism was stark. This visit was a complete waste of time and did nothing to address the problem. I will not be return

I was absolutely appalled by the professionalism/mannerisms of the doctor I saw this morning, Dr. Dylan (actually NP; not doctor). He was dismissive of my symptoms as soon as he walked in the door. Didn’t listen and didn’t care bc he had already formed his own opinion. He made me feel as if I did something wrong and I left without any resolution to my problem. This is why I despise doctors and our so called “health” care system! I will never step foot back in this clinic again!

Please allow for some privacy I understand that the two receptionists are doing intake in multiple patients but my medical issue is not anyone else’s business. So don’t loudly ask me what I’m here for . Perhaps lower your voices cause I don’t need to know what they’re here for. Seriously!! Other than that the providers are great. You will receive good care!
