My experience with benecard has been absolutely infuriating to say the least. My sons medication and mine constantly get delayed by benecard despite being on them for years. Constant delays in prescriptions getting filled, always speak to a different representative and have to explain the issues repeatedly, have asked to speak to a supervisor and was told no. Overall, this company is horrible and takes zero accountability for all the issues that occur. I would highly recommend not using them for your prescription service.

I rarely leave a negative review, but this has been seven months of dealing with incompetence. This is the WORST prescription company that I have ever dealt with. When my current place of employment did their prescriptions through Aetna, I never had to speak on the phone with anyone- my doctor would put a prescription through and I would pick it up. We switched over to Benecard January of 2025. Benecard needs to talk to you before putting any prescription through and they do a whole review with you- even if you've been taking these meds prior. This company calls you during work hours when you can't get to the phone. Been waiting for my blood thinner injections for 2 weeks, requested it be overnighted (at my expense) and they sent it regular mail. This is a life saving medication as I'm currently pregnant and nobody here cares. I've called 7 times in two weeks and haven't made any progress.

Absolutely horrible. I have been on the same medications for 15 years no problem. As soon as we got this insurance they wouldn’t put it through, my doctor filled out the forms he’s never had too before in his career and they still denied it. Worst service, every time I call it’s a new issue they need to fix. Might as well get goodRx and pretend you don’t have insurance with these idiots.

It's unfortunate to have to take the time to review somebody badly. But every single interaction that I have with a member of this pharmacy has been terrible. It seems like they must have sadly hired the most miserable people on the planet. My entire job revolves around working with pharmacies and this one is impossible to work with. I wish there was a way to not have to use them but the insurance company does not give us another option.
