BenchMark Physical Therapy

Finishing physical therapy today feels like such a victory, and I couldn’t have done it without Laura and the amazing team at BenchMark Physical Therapy. Laura is truly outstanding. She is kind, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She always made me feel comfortable, encouraged, and confident during every session. She genuinely cares about her patients and celebrates your progress with you. I’m so thankful for the support and guidance I received here. Highly recommend!

I went to BenchMark Physical Therapy after being in a car accident that caused neck pain. Laura was my physical therapist, and she was really great to work with. She explained everything clearly and made sure I understood why we were doing each exercise. She pushed me to improve but also made sure I wasn’t overdoing it. I always felt comfortable asking questions, and she paid attention to how I was feeling during each session. Because of her help, my neck pain improved a lot, and I was able to get back to my normal activities. I’m really thankful for the care I received and would definitely recommend Laura and this clinic to anyone recovering from an injury.

Over the the staff is friendly. I worked with two different therapist there. Leah was great with me with! Logan Bodie on the other hand was not so great. He used rubber gloves when he had to touch me leaving my neck sore and burnt like. When I took showers after my sessions my neck would burn from my sessions with him from the latex gloves he use while working on my neck from pushing and massaging with a lot of pressure. Also with him he would only use gloves with me and not any of his other clients that were not my color there doing the same time as my session. Which was weird to me. I felt very with uncomfortable him.

BenchMark West Cobb was fantastic - they checked every box: friendly, timely, clean, compassionate and most importantly, knowledgeable. Laura was my PT and she was simply the best. She had a fabulous attitude, was always prepared for me and was a PT guru. I highly recommend this location they are wonderful!!

I am so glad I read the reviews when choosing a PT facility. The reviews were above average which is why I chose them and after being a client, I can personally give them a fantastic review. My therapist was Laura but I watched the other 2 therapist working with clients and I don’t think you could go wrong in whoever you see. I saw Laura for a knee/hip problem and her knowledge of what was causing my problem and what she needed to do to help me recover made my journey to recovery a success. The whole staff, receptionists and PT assistants were so friendly and helpful. They were easy to work with in scheduling appointments around my busy life. I hope I don’t need PT in the future, but if I do, I know exactly where to go.
