BenchMark Physical Therapy

Had a wonderful experience from getting sceduled, to working within my availability, to the care a received with the physical therapists to gain my full range of motion after a full right knee replacement. I enjoyed working with all of the PT staff. They were able to focus my care individually based on my personal goals and didn't release me till I was fully ready and meet those goals. The added app that you get makes it easy to follow at home and to successfully do the exercises correctly at home between appointments and continuing post physical therapy. Appreciated the convenience to online virtual appointments when I was unable to meet in person as well. Each and every therapist at Benchmark was respectful to me. My condition AND I, as a fellow human being, seemed to matter. I worked with Hannah Brown, PA. She is skilled and competent, as well as attentive and kind. The receptionist Maggie was consistently kind, AND efficient, and patient. Every visit my condition improved. In conclusion,I am 100% thankful for my therapy and improvement. Thank you.

Let me preface this by saying the therapists are all very nice, I've never had a particularly rude experience (a little cold but never rude). However, because of high demand you have to share a session with another patient, sometimes two! Which means less focus- especially if you're a younger patient. I've had full sessions where I'm practically ignored in favor of an elderly patient despite the fact that I have a chronic pain disability. Also, the floor plan is awful. Wide open, harsh lights, zero privacy. You can literally be seen from the windows. I even saw a review where someone took a picture of all the patients from the "lobby"!!! IDC if you hid faces, that feels so invasive!! Even the "private" area is just a half-wall and a curtain, you can still hear everything cuz the place echo

Jena, Joy, and Hannah are awesome therapists. They are friendly and attentive. After Jena left I had a therapist rotation but ended up mainly with Hannah and Joy. I enjoyed getting to know them. Great people.
