You can’t even get an appointment with them, they never answer the phone, and the office in Staten Island is always close .just don’t waist your time look for a responsible doctor.

Worst place ever , they don’t know how to run the place . Nobody answers the phone and they keep declining whenever you call to schedule an appointment , my mom went to them 2 times and the doctor was not there and you have to wait for hours till someone tells you to leave , such a waste of energy and time i don’t recommend anybody to go there or make any of the doctors a primary doctor cause you’ll suffer and get pissed off then you’ll look for another place to go to

The medical and administrative staff are gracious. Wait times are generally long to interminable - unless, I've found, a major soccer match is being broadcast, in which case the waiting room is empty. Appointments, for instance to see a specialist here, mean nothing - the wait is still more than an hour. But when the care encounter finally takes place, it is respectful, professional and compassionate, albeit a tad impersonal. (This is the kind of practice where the GP spends the entire brief visit typing on the computer, a la the popular caricature of contemporary medicine. It ain’t Marcus Welby.) Ben Sinai Medical Center is amazing! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff is kind, attentive, and truly cares about their patients. The doctors take the time to listen and explain everything clearly. The whole experience feels reassuring and comfortable. Highly recommend!
