Beltone Hearing Aid Service

I was checked in on time by a very polite young lady and only waited a few minutes until I was seen by Maudi. It was my lucky day! She was from New Braunfels, in Boerne to familiarize the new office manager/hearing Specialist with this office. I had come in hoping to find someone who could help me with my current hearing aids which were working fine ( not a brand they carried) but I was no longer able to control via Bluetooth with the app on my phone. I had lost confidence in my prior provider. Maudi didn’t hesitate researching my brand, found the problem… an update to the app which I couldn’t download since I didn’t have any way to know about it. Very welcoming, polite etc. and the ladies were right on schedule as well. I think the technician’s name is Maudie (I apologize if I got it wrong) and she was excellent ++, she 1) knew her technical, 2) was pleasant and personable, 3) professionally walked me through the steps, 4) explained my issues 5) ramifications 6) the hearing aides that they use and the benefits. The hearing aids are very nice, my father wore hearing aides for a long time, so I have some idea of advancements in the technology, size etc.

I have been taking my Dad to Beltone for years and have been very pleased with Beltone's team that provides great care and service. Yesterday I had my ears checked and found I, too need hearing support. The process was thorough and the care great. The price of the aids I need are quite high ($6500). I am going to do a bit of research but believe in the end, I will also join the Beltone customer list. I love that you can find Beltone in almost every medium to large size city. We travel a lot so this is an important factor for my family. It has been a big plus for my Dad, who also travels around the country!
