I got my new hearing aids today and they worked great. After a bad experience somewhere else Rob and his staff took care of everything and made my experience a great one. I would recommend them for your hearing aid needs. A++++

Their customer service is top-notch, and the practitioners are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely caring. Rob is an outstanding professional who explained hearing loss in a way that was easy to understand. He was so patient with all of my questions and always had a knowledgeable answer. He truly takes his time and goes out of his way to help in any way possible. I can’t brag enough about this location—they make sure you feel cared for, heard, and part of their family. Truly a wonderful team!

Beltone in Charleston SC has the best hearing aids I’ve ever used by far. The hearing test was so thorough and was surprisingly free. Highly recommend this location or their new Mount Pleasant location on Johnnie Dodds.

Had a great visit and really love my new hearing aids. The previous provider retired and the gentleman working there now is so patient and knowledgeable. Really very impressed.

I've been so impressed with each appointment and the thorough nature of the practice here. The sound quality and the ability to hear in noise now has been excellent too.
