Bell's Pharmacy of Cranford

I have been doing business with Bells Pharmacy for more than a year a d find everyone I have interacted with to be polite and helpful consistently. My prescriptions are delivered as I need them, the Pharmacist wl call me to be sure of a delivery time that is good for me. It would be good to give them a try. It's true other inventory is light,. But it is a pharmacy first and most important with excellent customer service always, in a time when customer service is sorley lacking in most retail locations.

Rude, unprofessional and simply don't get it that it is not about them, but it is about your customers. I will never go there again and I recommend that no one else does either.

The greeting cards are a great price, but I asked them if they had anything for my 10 month baby for teething and they handed me orajel. Of course I did my research before giving it to the baby but orajel is FDA warned against babies under 2 years old. What if I had given it to my child and something would've happened 😭 won't go there again....

Using this pharmacy is like playing Russian roulette. In the several months I used this pharmacy I found that: 1. They were shorting me pills on my prescription. My refill is for 31 pills but I was only receiving 29-30 per month. 2. They did not pay attention to the prescription. They ordered the wrong dosage for a $200++ prescription. I had them correct the dosage but when I transferred pharmacies they gave the new pharmacy the wrong dosage again. Realize that a pharmacists job is also to make sure that the doctor does not prescribe anything you may be allergic to and a drug that can negatively interact with other drugs you are taking. Can you really expect that a pharmacist that can neither count nor read will be capable of monitoring your prescriptions? My advise is to stay away f

Made a 5:00 appointment for the booster. When I arrived I was told there are no vaccines after 2. No cancellation email or text. Yet I received a confirmation text that day. Total nonsense. Edit- It was not their fault
