I could not have been happier with the care and dedication I received from not only the home health nurse but the people answering the phones. I never had a wait time and all my questions were answered either then or I was gotten back too very quickly. One particular person I would love to shout out however who went above and beyond is the nurse Olawale or Wale as he might go by. He was AMAZING. He not only made me feel comfortable administering my IV medications but was the friendliest and kindest soul I have ever met. He always arrived in the time frame he gave and made those 6 weeks go by pretty fast especially knowing every week I saw him was one less week I had. This agency is phenomenal and if all the nurses are half as committed to their patients as Wale then I have no doubt in thei

One star is too much. This so called agency needs a negative rating. Caregiver called off multiple times of her first week. Total of 5 times in 10 scheduled shifts and this is only week 2 of so called services. Never even contacted to acknowledge and definitely did not even think about sending a replacement. Called office was told "I'm working on it." Haven't heard back. Awful! Don't trust any loved ones to this agency. For all they care, they will leave them stuck in bed or their wheelchair with nothing to eat or drink. They need their license taken away.

Just completely unorganized. They forget about their patients several times they forgot to put my family member on the schedule to have blood drawn and dressing changed. They are supposed to come once a week and have forgotten him at least 2-3 times.. then when they DONT forget, they give us a window that they will be here between 12-2…2:20 WE have to call to find out they are running an hour behind..

Myra & her staff have been nothing but amazing. My care giver Sharron is the BEST. They are very quick to resolve any issues I may have. I have & will continue to recommend them.

The owners are very good Christian ✝️ people who loves the lord 🙏.
