Horrible Experience!！！ I came in already knowing exactly what labs I needed; the visit was merely a procedural step. However, the experience turned traumatic due to the nurse’s incompetence. She failed multiple attempts to find a vein, causing an adverse physical reaction—severe dizziness and persisting numbness in my hand. I was left injured and unable to complete the blood work. It is appalling that this clinic refused a refund. I essentially paid $263 to be harmed due to their negligence. Do not risk your health here.

After 7 tries other places, ZoomCare was able to help me with some paperwork to help move my mother into assisted living. They were also able to establish primary care for her after her recent transition to Bellevue, when all other healthcare facilities primary care physicians were booked until at least February 2026. Clean, efficient, friendly, knowledgable, capable are all words I would use to describe ZoomCare. A big shout out and thank you to Michelle and Grace who helped us there.

Update: After months of trying to get ZoomCare to fix my bill and sending a formal complaint to the Washington state attorney general, ZoomCare finally realized they bilked me incorrectly and removed the charge. I’m very glad they did that, but since it took so much of my time to get them to investigate the matter properly, I’m only giving them 3 stars. Original: Shady billing practice of balance billing. My insurance already paid them the contracted rate yet zoomcare keeps trying to bill me for the remainder of the bill! My insurance has tried to reach out to them several times to resolve but zoomcare has not responded to my insurance company once. They show as in network with my insurance and still are trying to get paid the whole bill despite having a contracted rate. Would recommend go

Staff are very friendly, sweet, and patient. I have known tough veins and blood drawing has always been a pain for me. The three lab technicians, the lovely young gentleman whom I can’t recall his name, Zehava and Rye, have been beyond gentle with my care. They gave me ice pads heat pads juice and everything else to ensure my comfort. It’s never fun to visit medical facilities, but they have made my visit much better and I will choose to come back to this location if I need to visit doctors again.

I’ve had such a positive experience here over the past year. Whether I visited the urgent care or primary care clinic, the staff have consistently been professional, kind, and attentive. From check-in to follow-up, everything has been smooth and well-organized. The providers really take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure I feel comfortable and informed. I’ve always felt respected and cared for, and I truly appreciate the welcoming, supportive environment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent medical care!
