I had such a great experience with this orthodontic office. My son had a wire pop out late on a Friday, and even though we weren’t established patients there, they still made time to help him. They were warm, professional, and incredibly patient with my son, who had already dealt with this issue a few times and was pretty uncomfortable. The doctor was attentive, explained everything clearly, and made sure he left feeling relieved and taken care of. It’s rare to find an office that shows that level of kindness and willingness to help. We were so grateful for their support and highly recommend them for anyone looking for an orthodontist who truly goes above and beyond.

Dr. Bunce and her team of professionals are top tier. Dr. Bunce created beautiful smiles in two of our children and my middle aged self after my bottom teeth started crowding. She took time to educated us and did not settle for anything less than perfection in the health of our teeth, jaw and structure to create an individualized plan. Staff really was ALWAYS kind and so flexible when scheduling what was best for our busy family. And between the three treatments we were there for several years. Dr. Bunce and her team are not only highly skilled, but they also care about your wellbeing. As someone who needed braces, it was hard looking around various orthodontic offices and finding the one that fit best. But as soon as I walked into Dr. Bunce’s office, I felt comfortable and welcomed. They clearly explained every orthodontic procedure, were flexible in scheduling appointments, and made sure I was comfortable during the whole ride! I have taken off my braces now, but Bellevue Family Orthodontics continues to keep contact and checks on the status of my teeth.

My husband and 2 girls both go to Dr. Bunce. The kids love her and their teeth are looking good. My older daughter should be getting hers off this summer. She really focuses on making the braces experience a one-time thing, so kids don’t have to do them twice. Also, with my husband, he was born with a clef lip and palette, has had several surgeries, and a super complicated dental history. She spent lots of extra time working with his dentist and periodontist, to create a collaborative plan to help restore his teeth. She really cares about her patients and it shows in the work of all the people in the office.

I have been seeing Dr. Bunce for both braces and Invisalign and finally i'm on only a night time retainer. Knowledge - Dr. Bunce will include you in all of the decision made regarding your orthodontics. She presents you will patient friendly options and has a humanistic approach, taking time to understand your goals and your lifestyle. She is an intelligent and good problem solver. Value - If you're patient and diligent, you will get the alignment you wanted in the beginning.
