Our Mom has been at Heartland for six months now. She has been very well taken care of. The nurses are all attentive and friendly. She has recently gotten a roommate and they And they are getting along well. Very happy with her care.

Waited over an hour for medication. Expressed disfatisaction and nurse yelled, "don't you start!," wagging her finger in my face! I asked to see her supervisor and she smiled and said, we don't have one. Wrong answer. First of all, I never complain. I am an RN and know all to well the challenges of nursing. I think the fact that I'm a nurse needs to be kept secret. It causes attitude problems in some nurses, especially less educated LPNs at this facility. If she values her finger, maybe she should keep it out of my face. I will be talking to the supervisor and upper management too, if necessary. I expect a full apology.

When I was here the place seemed clean the staff seemed nice. All around a pretty good experience.
