Nurse Christen took such wonderful care of my grandmother (Bettie Miley / Maw). A true gem of a person!! I will miss seeing her now that my Maw has passed! All the staff at Belle Maison are great. Kayla in the office is super helpful with financial needs. Nurse Ursula and all the aides took great care of my Maw in her final days also.

Had pelvis surgery Came here for rehab. Met with caring staff, clean acomadtions. At day one was barely able to move legs on my own. Here bout 13 days. Able to move as normal without putting preasure on legs per dr orders. With the provided therapy n attention from staff. I'm on the road to full recovery. Feel I couldn't have gotten this far without them. I have 7 days left here . I'll be in wheel chair for couple months. Confident I'll be ready when dr gives ok to walk.

I had to remove my mother from Belle Maison Nursing & Rehab facility due to neglect on part of the nursing staff. My mother is visited by me mostly every other day sometimes everyday along with 2 of my other siblings. On Monday afternoon she had a cough that didn’t sound good. I went to the nurse and asked if she had not noticed my mother’s cough? Her response was we are all coughing. On my visit Tuesday my mom was weak and still coughing and wasn’t her normal spunky self. Went to the nurse asking if they had not noticed mom wasn’t well? Nurse said mom was a little shaky but she thought was better. Requested her to look if she had changes to her medication? Nurse #1 who is the am nurse told me no as she looked into her computer. Nurse #2 took a look and said yes on January 23rd a medicatio

This place is horrible it picked up my mom up Friday she has a bed sore I would not let my dog stay

They have a very friendly and helpful staff. My family member is treated with great care
