OUTSTANDING! I recently moved from PA to Naples and this practice had me WOW’D from the start. Let’s begin with how very nice every single employee is! Courtney, the hygienist gave me the most comprehensive exam and cleaning that I’ve ever had in my life. Their technology is top-notch and like nothing I’ve seen before. Dr. Villareal was thorough, knowledgeable and so kind. They made it very clear that they do not recommend unnecessary work in your mouth on things that aren’t “broken”. At checkout, Heavenly was the sweetest and most efficient admin I’ve ever dealt with. I highly recommend this practice and feel like I won the lottery by finding them!

Genuinely one of the best dental practices I have been to. I used to have a very big fear of the dentist, but ever since coming to Bellaire Bay Dental my fear is gone and I show up to my appointments without anxiety anymore! My current hygienist is Juan. He's awesome, he always answers all my questions, is very gentle on my teeth, and never judgmental. The rest of the staff is also always very kind. I would 100 percent recommend this dental office to anyone.

A friend recommended Dr. Villarreal of Bellaire Bay Dental Care for Invisalign, and now I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. V. After a series of aligner trays, my teeth are straight. To maintain my new look, I received custom retainers. It was so easy. The doctor and his staff are professional, efficient, and pleasant. I am so happy with the result.

Do not go here if you need anything other than a cleaning…..the staff is completely incompetent. I paid for a night guard to be made. Nobody called me to let me know it was back. Then I started calling to see where it was a month later. Nobody knew and it took them days and much anger on my end to find it. THEN I had to have said night guard remade because the material was too thin and guess what!??? They once again didn’t let me know that it came back. I called and nobody called me back. I then spoke with the manager who let me know that it was there the entire time again and was snippy when hanging up. Therefore, after years of going here, I am leaving and going to a different dentist. Lord knows there are plenty in the area.
