Bella Family Dentistry

My first visit to Bella Dental since moving to the Wayneburg, Pa. area. I was extremely impressed with the entire staff. The staff expressed a real concern for the patients and created a pleasant environment. Donna my hygienist was friendly and very thorough in cleaning my teeth. Amber the receptionist was also helpful and friendly. Was extremely satisfied with my entire experience at Bella Dental and highly recommend the office for your dental needs. After my initial visit I was scheduled for a cleaning and I had to reschedule and Melissa was so accommodating and rescheduled my appointment. She was very pleasant and helpful. The overall customer service of the staff exceeds my expectation

I’ve been coming here for years and absolutely love it. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help in any way they can. They truly make you feel cared for. Highly recommend!

They do decent dental work (have had better work done at other places), but their front office is terribly operated and incredibly rude. They have a surcharge for using cards, (lol, like a bad restaurant, and also it's 2025 no one does that.) and charge $25 fees for appointments that they schedule and make without telling you they made them. If you have a family member who cancelled an appointment (likely due to the previously mentioned scenario) they will charge YOU the late fee or they will harass you about it when you have your next dental cleaning. They will also harass other family members of yours if you cancel an appointment and will demand the other person having work done pay for your late fee. They called me 3 times to tell me my "account" was flagged because someone else apparen

Adding to the reviews of unfortunate disappointment. It would appear there is some discrimination occurring for those who carry state insurance for their children. They will not accept new patients who hold this form of insurance (underandable because they are not fully compensated by the state-research this and you'll see why they don't like to accept state insurance.) However, when I stated that we would be willing ans able to pay up front with cash, she said they cannot accept that because they are aware that we hold insurance. Would this not be my own choice in order to be treated? Something doesn't settle well here. Happy to take my dear child and our business elsewhere. Praying things shift for others who don't have the option.

In my experiences, Dr. Abby has been great. Always friendly and professional. She went the extra mile to get my insurance company to understand why the procedure was necessary. The support staff there is likewise wonderful.
