We came for a visit by appointment, waited over an hour, and they were seeing walk-ins before us. There were a bunch of sick children in the waiting area, so why should we catch an infection? We had a vaccine appointment, but we never got it and left. The front desk didn't try to solve the problem. I said I'd complain, and they said OK.

Parents Don't bring your kids here. The receptionist are rude and don't pick up the phone. When you come into the office and ask why nobody picks up the phone. They just rolled there eyes with an uncaring attitude. Also the waiting time is horrible..the pharmacist told me they never pick up the phone on them either. I decided to switch my son's doctor. Is not worth it coming here. Those receptions need to get fire.

Honestly it’s not the same anymore the phone staff is rude unreliable and many people I know that came here are now switching I also switched. They don’t even answer the pharmacist when I get my prescription. ALSO BEWARE THEY ARE PRESCRIBING KIDS ANTIBIOTICS THE SAME ONES EVERY TIME to avoid actually doing their job.

The doctors and medical staff are amazing. The reception…oh my gosh. I understand front desk can be busy but they need to implement a more practical and effective way for a patient to reach the office. You can spend the whole day calling the office and will either receive busy signals, endless phone ringing, or being placed on hold indefinitely.

Don’t come here this people said that they are going to be open until 5:30 and I went and they said they was closed.
