My experience with this office was pleasant and informative...I had a follow-up call to the doctors with a question...but for some reason the surgical coordinator... she mistakenly received my tone as having "hostility", and this is a direct quote from her. At this time I would like to apologize to her .... I was only seeking informative regarding my insurance and I am very direct and serious in my tone...and this comes from my training in communication .... I sincerely hope this will have no effect on my upcoming procedure ..... I'm a little skeptical now????

Dr. Myers is the very best of the best. He took such great care of my mother in law Laura when she needed surgery on her spine. He was so caring and thorough. She has very little pain and has recovered so well. He is a literal life saver she no longer has pain and can walk again. Thank you so very much Dr. Myers!
