The tech who eventually came to my home was absolutely fantastic and beyond amazing— professional, kind, hilarious, and someone I would gladly have return. Unfortunately, the service itself was a major disappointment. My first appointment was completely missed, with no one showing up and no cancellation call until after my appointment window had already passed. Being sick and counting on them made this especially frustrating, and the only option they offered was to reschedule for the next night. The second night wasn’t much better. I had paid for rush service, yet the entire time frame went by with no update. I had to call myself, was told the tech would be late, and they still didn’t arrive at that time either. Both my tech and practitioner were great - kind and knowledgeable. The only issue is had was that BeeperMD called to reschedule my appointment twice. It was frustrating that they'd allowed me to schedule the appointments in the first place if they didn't have the staff to keep them. Plus they canceled my appointments a half hour into my window so it did mess up my plans for the day, twice. But I would still use them again - the professionals were great.

If I could post zero stars I would. Worst service I have ever experienced. They rescheduled my appointment to a later time, and when they still didn't show up I had to call THEM only for them to say oh sorry we are too busy no one can come. I had my toddler waiting all evening not well. And then for them to say my refund will appear in 7 days. Unbelievable. Not sure how anyone uses this company.

I was referred to see Dr Valerie Berman and she had so much passion for her job, so much patience to take care of the medical needs in front of her. I wish my insurance would cover me to continue seeing her!!! Highly recommended!
