Beeman's Rx Pharmacy

Spoke with someone on the phone I'm gonna do him a favor and not mention his name however he was extremely rude and hung up on me. This happened at 7:10pm on 2-11. I have so many problems with this pharmacy in the last 2 weeks they're claiming that the doctor didn't send my prescription and the doctor did send my prescription then they told me that they were understaffed and it was taking them a while to get there prescriptions out I gave them a day and a half after my prescription was sent and my prescription wasn't ready mind you I drive a 30 minutes to get there in 30 minutes to get home to get my medicine they're liars and The Oriental man even had the audacity to tell me how much my medicine is costing me through Medicaid I didn't appreciate that I did not need to know that. I have also been told by my doctor's office that they send prescriptions and claim that they don't get them I'm very upset and very annoyed that every time I come it always

I've been around for as long as I can remember.Always have everything done and ready when they're supposed to.Unlike the big pharmaceutical chains who constantly screw up your Rx. This is a smaller pharmacy ran by people who know what they're doing.

I have been coming here as my pharmacy off an din since early 2000s but recently in the last month I noticed a decline in customer service..today i went to the window and asked for my medication but literally no one said thank you or goodbye or counseled me over my medication or asked if I had questions or needed anything else ..so I waited a lil longer and nothing... But the worse thing is around a month ago I went to pick up a medication and they told me that my doctor never called it in she even said she verified that no medication was called in to a coworker .so I contacted my doctor after hours and then in the morning the doctor said ,that Beemans said , they told me they weren't accepting patients for this medication.. I have been with this pharmacy for years. I don't know how many years, but years this is the best pharmacy, in SB. They always have my prescriptions ready on time. I appreciate the text messages when my prescriptions are ready The best pharmacy, friendly, polite, very helpful
