I had put off finding a massage therapist in the area for several years since moving here and having had regular massages in the past but not all practitioners are the same. Elizabeth was a wonderful professional massage therapist and made me feel comfortable as a new client. I went with a lot of discomfort and walked about much better off. She has great techniques, adjusts pressure very well, and solicited feedback throughout to make sure I was getting the help in areas intended as well as ancillary spots that could contribute to the problem areas I had.
