Aspen Dental - Plover, WI

I had a very good experience at Aspen Dental in Plover Wis. The staff was amazing and very friendly. They were able to get me an appointment quickly. They explained everything they were going to do and did an excellent job with my care. Thank You to an amazing team.

Scheduling was easy, front desk was nice. Was called back on time but started appointment with someone who was being trained. From there, nothing was explained ahead of time. It would be helpful to first ask the patient if they minded having someone who is being trained perform X-rays. This process was very long and painful. The trainee was kind, but Mikayla was very impatient and short with the trainee on how to perform the imaging. It was awkward. I wanted to tell the trainee to run and find another office to work for. I am sure she will. I was not made aware that there would not be a cleaning performed and the excuses were it is due to finding out what type of cleaning is needed, and another appointment would be needed. Unable to make appointment. They keep canceling it. They want all insurance info up front. I was on the road traveling and they canceled me twice, even after I registered online and verbally. I had a new card at home so I wasn't able to provide it at that time. They won't wait for you to bring in the information at your appointment. Ridiculous and I will not use any Aspen facility. Nothing but inconsiderate people.

Employees were informative and up beat. Very efficient office. Dentist was friendly and explained my plan well and why he felt the remedies were needed and I should not put them off for my long term health. Michelle in billing was helpful too without being pushy.

I went to Aspen Dental Plover for a consultation with my mom and the consultation was awesome from getting the appointment ,to the receptionist, dental hygienist and dental assistant to the dentist. They went out of their way to get my mom an appointment because she’s having heart surgery! I would recommend Aspen dental 100%!!!!!
