I recently visited Burke & Beckstrom at their new location, and I was really impressed! The entire space is beautifully set up everything is brand new, modern, and updated to make you feel comfortable and confident in their care. The staff is really friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience during my treatment. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming environment for their patients. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking for top-notch orthodontic care! I’ve gone to Burke and Beckstrom for my TMJ and they were so knowledgeable and helpful getting me fitted for a mouth guard to wear while I sleep. It really helped my pain vanish! Everyone that works for them is so cute and sweet too! Sierra set up my appointment for me and she was so funny, she treated me like she’s known me her whole life!

I wish I could leave 5 star reviews for each visit I have had! Both locations have been exceptional to me this past year. I switched my care from Dr Prince to Burke & Beckstrom and they picked up my treatment with no issues. I have two fake teeth and a tendency to loose retainers so they have helped me replace retainers with welcoming attitudes and offered new solutions including Invisalign trays and more permanent teeth using a permanent retainer. This last week I had my fake teeth placed with the permanent retainer and I LOVE THEM. Can’t even tell which teeth are fake! Olyvia from mall drive out in my permanent retainer and she was training someone while doing it. She was incredibly patient and I appreciated hearing the process as we went. Very professional, efficient and short wait times. The assistants are very good with my son that is on the autistic spectrum. They tall to him about his favorite things and it helps him feel comfortable in the chair. The receptionists are friendly and helpful when I need to reschedule because of other appointment conflicts. My son never complains about going to the orthodontist.
