I have always preferred a Family owned pharmacy due to the customer service experience. I was truly impressed with the questions and information they requested along with answering any questions and concerns I had about starting a new medication. John and his staff are very knowledgeable and patient, you receive an honest feeling that they are in business for their customers. Thank you

I’ve had several issues here in the past, but the last issue falls to the top. After showing up to pick up prescriptions about a week after drop off I had to wait about 15-20 minutes while several staff scrambled to try to figure out what was going on. I would also like to mention that I had to announce what medications I needed aloud to the staff at least three times because they couldn’t remember. This was extremely uncomfortable, especially considering there were many other people in line. Ultimately, the prescriptions were found and the staff stated that they were not filled due to insurance matters because of the prescription date (I did have for a few weeks while moving across states); however, there wasn’t any courtesy given by a simple phone call to let me know. This is the best pharmacy I've been to. The staff are very friendly and non-judgemental. They work in a professional and timely manner. They answer any questions you have. You can tell they actually care about their customers to the point they will remember your name. I highly recommend this pharmacy above all others. They go above and beyond.
