Beavercreek Dental Cabin is hands down one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and calming—nothing like a typical dental office. The front desk staff is friendly, organized, and makes the entire check-in process effortless. The dental team is outstanding. They take the time to explain everything clearly, listen to concerns, and genuinely care about patient comfort. The Dr. Kanetsky is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and gentle, which makes even routine visits feel stress-free. You never feel rushed, and it’s obvious they prioritize quality care and patient trust. My son is 11 and was terrified of going to the dentist. I wanted to bring to your attention some issues I have experienced with the customer service at Beavercreek Dental Cabin. Specifically, I have found one of the older dental assistant to be condescending and unprofessional, which has made me feel uncomfortable during my visits. I believe she has bipolar disorder. On the other hand, I must commend the dentist for their professionalism and politeness. I believe addressing this matter will help improve the overall patient experience at Cabin Dental. Dr. Kanetsky is an awesome dentist! He is very intelligent and listens to your needs! Would recommend to anyone!! The staff is friendly and the cabin is welcoming and warm and cozy! My kids love going to him and the dental hygienist was excellent with the kids. Thanks for all you do!

I had a great experience at the Beavercreek Dental Cabin today. The office itself is very cozy, the staff members were very kind and friendly, the hygienist I saw was extremely gentle and thorough and Dr. Kanetsky was great as well. If you're looking for a new dentist, I definitely recommend them!
