I'm giving it a one start because I can't give it zero star :/ THE WORST PLACE EVER TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT!!!!! PLEASE IF YOU CAN FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE TO GO, SAVE YOUR TIME!!! I made two appointments at this place for a massage. Both times I got emails and texts confirmation. One time my appointment was at 8:45pm which the website showed opening for. I called to ask if they would be open. NO one answered my phone call. I showed up at 6pm to ask in person no one was there. Yesterday I made an appointment for 12:30pm for today, I left work during lunch hour to go, no one was there again. IRONIC PART is i got two email confirmations and texts in the morning about my appointment. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WON'T even reply your calls!

Very relaxing and professional, I would most definitely recommend Beauty Lee Spa if you are looking for legit service and no bs
