During the pandemic, all human contact is done at the car. The staff are friendly, patient and helpful and I'm a first time dog mom with lots of questions! Too new to have a track record, but so far so good. Update: I've had mostly phone contacts and everyone is friendly and helpful.

I've had THIS same vet for 25 years, My father died 2 days before my vet appointment. I completely spaced the appointment due to my grieving, a couple weeks later I received a bill for $150 for my missed appointment. Only then I remembered my appointment. I am still trying to pay for the cost of my father burial and I had to worry about paying this vet bill ASAP because I was getting harassing notices.I paid today and I will never return here. I wish I could leave a lower star than one and I will take my business elsewhere.

My dog went in for a lump on neck and they said they can remove it and gave me quote to have it surgically removed. They gave me a quote without testing to see what it actually was. Took my dog to Morro Bay vet. They were diligent on testing what the lump actually was. Turns out my dog has Mass Cell Tumor Cancer maybe a month to live. They are quick to want to remove something without knowing what it actually is. To me they don't actually care they just want the money. That's the 2nd dog they have failed me on. Always get a second opinion don't trust anything they say.

Worst vet on Central Coast. Showed up a little late. And they wouldn’t see my dog, charged me for a no show. Would not recommend this vet to anyone and suggest all to avoid. They care more about money than animals.

Been taking my dog to bear valley for years, she tore her ACL and was in pain, they wouldn't make room to see her so had to take her to a veteran l didn't know. I think when you are dependant on your vet, they should leave an opening for their regular patients in an emergency, just like my doctors office does for their regular patients. That said, after taking my dog to unknown vet's my expenses were over $7,000
