Beamer Urgent Care

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this urgent care. The front desk staff was unprofessional and completely unwilling to assist senior citizens. The attitude displayed made it seem like she genuinely hates her job, which is unacceptable in a healthcare setting where compassion should be a priority. The facility itself appeared unsanitary and poorly maintained. Overall, the environment felt unwelcoming, and several employees seemed disengaged and unhappy to be there. I called to make a formal complaint, and “Samatha,” the office manager, was nonchalant and dismissive. She did not seem to care about addressing the concerns raised. I requested a call back from the doctor directly, but at this point, I’m doubtful that will even happen. To make matters worse, this urgent care

So thankful for the amazing care I received here! The team was compassionate, efficient, and truly listened to my concerns. I was seen promptly, treated with kindness, and left feeling reassured and well taken care of. Highly recommend this urgent care!

I can understand where some of the other reviews are coming from. Staff at this facility can come across as rude sometimes, but I really do think it's more that they have a lot going on (they are an urgent care after all) and tend to be very matter-of-fact about things. I would like to give praise to Samantha for being very patient and attentive to me. Also, I would like to mention that dealing with the doctor felt a bit odd at times, but he was ultimately very nice. Finally, a word of advice: Be prepared to pay in cash for some of their services.

can’t say i agree with the comments about staff, since i go here for the doctor, not the front desk lady. i don’t really care if they’re rude or not which they’ve never been to me and ive been going here for at least a decade. i love the doctor. he’s very quick and friendly and actually cares about my health.

Dr Abraham is very straightforward and honest. Sometimes the wait can be a little long. It took me most of my young adulthood to find a doctor I can trust and one who didn't try to give me opioids for chronic pain. His advice to strengthen my back while other physicians wanted to treat the pain is what led me to be pain free, active, and happy today.
