Will Not Use This Pharmacy Anymore As Of Today, Never Had A Pharmacy Give Us These Kind Of Issues Over A Brand Of Medicine Before! Not At Any Other Beacon Location Or Even The Big Chains.

I have been using Beacon because my mom gets her prescriptions filled there and I am helping her at this time. Whenever there has been issues with getting them refilled, the staff has gone above and beyond to call me and let me know the status. It is very helpful during this time and they are always polite at the drive through. Southington location.

Not only are they super fast and very efficient, they are the nicest staff! They call or text when my scripts are done and they’re always ready with a smile! The drive through is never backed up, maybe 1 or 2 cars ahead. I drive extra just to get my scripts here.

Way better than ANY of the "big chain" pharmacies. Never have any issues refilling or filling a script. Staff are really friendly and always willing to help. They offer a more personal feel versus the bigger pharmacies.

I used to get my prescriptions from a major chain drugstore but service got so bad I decided to switch to Beacon Prescriptions South. I am very glad that I did as the service is excellent. They fill prescriptions very quickly and the service is excellent. They are also very friendly. They treat me like I've been a customer there for years. I really wish that I had switched to them much sooner.
