Beacon Prescriptions New Britain

Definitely a one-star experience. I had to sit at the window and ring the doorbell multiple times while the staff was just sitting there on their phones. I understand that pharmacies can be busy, but this was longer than usual. They finally opened the window, took my prescription for my cat, and then told me that they don’t handle prescriptions for animals and that I had to drive all the way to Southington. The whole experience was unprofessional and frustrating. I will never go back to this location for anything.I'd rather drive further to a different pharmacy

If you want to know the definition of the word excellence its beacon Pharmacy!! I've never seen a pharmacy that has their act together better than this place. Best customer service I've ever seen!! I mean these guys will even deliver your prescriptions to your door!! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a pharmacy. Applied to transfer my prescriptions online, got a call from the pharmacy asking for my information, said they would reach out to me when my prescription was ready and then heard nothing g for three weeks. Called because I was reaching the end of my meds, at first I was told they had no record of me. Then when I pushed back, they suddenly had my information but no prescription for me because there were no refills left on my meds. When I asked why no one reached out to me or my doctor, I got attitude claiming that ‘that’s not our responsibility.’ I’m 38 years old and have been on one med or another since I was five and this is the first time I’ve heard that pharmacies don’t contact doctors and even if that is their policy, it w

Extremely helpful and super nice staff. Id have gone there long ago if I had known about them. Way better than CVS, Walgreens etc!
